1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this giveaway is Fièra Cosmetics Inc., located at 701 12th Street, Carlstadt, New Jersey 07072 (“Sponsor” or “Fièra Cosmetics”).
This giveaway is being promoted in collaboration with Rachael Wittman, @going_grachael, on Instagram.
2. Promotion Period
The Fièra Cosmetics x Rachael Wittman Total Skin Renewal System Giveaway begins on July 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET and ends on July 31, 2026 at 10:59 a.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Fièra Cosmetics, Rachael Wittman / @going_grachael, and their respective affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, as well as immediate family members or household members of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
4. How to Enter
To enter during the Promotion Period, participants must:
- Follow @going_grachael on Instagram;
- Follow @fieracosmetics on Instagram; and
- Tag a real friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
Each unique friend tagged in a separate comment counts as one entry.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided each tagged account is a real, unique account. Duplicate tags, fake accounts, celebrity accounts, giveaway-only accounts, bot accounts, spam entries, or entries that appear to manipulate or abuse the entry process may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
5. Entry Conditions
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Fièra Cosmetics, which are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.
Entries must be complete, accurate, and submitted during the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, deleted, delayed, or undeliverable entries, comments, tags, messages, or notifications.
Participants may not use multiple accounts, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods intended to unfairly increase their chances of winning. Any participant suspected of tampering with the entry process may be disqualified.
6. Prize
One winner will receive:
- One Fièra Cosmetics Total Skin Renewal System; and
- One $100 Fièra Cosmetics gift card.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $207 USD.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Gift card use is subject to Fièra Cosmetics’ standard gift card terms and conditions.
7. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random selection will be conducted using Contest Picker or another random selection method chosen by Sponsor. The winner selection will take place on or around Friday, July 31, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by @fieracosmetics through Instagram direct message.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.
Fièra Cosmetics will never ask the winner to provide payment, credit card information, banking information, or shipping fees to claim the prize.
9. Prize Fulfillment
Fièra Cosmetics will ship the product prize to the confirmed winner using the shipping information provided by the winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the winner, or for delays, loss, damage, or misdelivery caused by shipping carriers.
Prize fulfillment timing may vary based on winner response time, shipping availability, and other factors outside Sponsor’s control.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Fièra Cosmetics the right to use their Instagram handle, first name, state of residence, likeness, image, and/or submitted content for promotional purposes related to this giveaway without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
11. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting or using the prize.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, platform issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, submits fraudulent entries, or attempts to interfere with the administration of the giveaway.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Fièra Cosmetics, Rachael Wittman / @going_grachael, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize.
14. Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, participants understand that they are providing their information to Fièra Cosmetics and not to Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this giveaway.
15. Privacy
Information collected from the potential winner will be used for giveaway administration, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and other purposes permitted by Fièra Cosmetics’ Privacy Policy.

Participants will not be added to email or SMS marketing lists unless they separately and expressly opt in.
16. Winner List
To request the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence, send an email to christy@fieracosmetics.com with the subject line “Fièra Cosmetics Giveaway Winner List” within 60 days after the giveaway ends.
