Find answers to the most common questions about Fièra's Try Before You Buy Program.
At Fièra, we recognize the uncertainty and reluctance of ordering makeup and skincare online. Formulas and shades are difficult enough to choose by testers at the makeup counter - and this can be much more daunting online. That’s why we’re happy to introduce the Try Before You Buy program. We give you 14 days to try our products before fully committing to them. It’s that simple!
With Try Before You Buy, you pay for shipping only on qualifying full size products. Once received, they are yours to try for 14 days. If any products aren’t a good fit for you, you’re welcome to return or exchange them within 14 days from your delivery date - and we cover the shipping on returns and exchanges. After this period, anything you didn’t send back we’ll know you enjoyed and want to keep! Only then will we charge your provided method of payment for the price of these items. You will not be charged for items that you return within the 14 days. Any items returned after 14 days of the shipping date, however, will no longer be eligible for a refund.

With our Try Before You Buy program, the only cost you are responsible for at check-out is the shipping fee. Then you get 14 days in which to try out your product(s) without having to pay for your order. Once the trial period is up, you only have to pay for the products you chose to keep.

Pre-authorization is a method of fraud prevention used by financial institutions to ensure the safety of certain transactions. This temporary hold simply confirms that the amount needed to pay for the products you chose is indeed available. The funds remain in your account and will not be transferred out unless you choose to keep the product.
Pre-authorization funds are never actually withdrawn from your account. They are simply held and then released. This normally happens within 4 business days from the order but can take longer depending on the bank.
After your 14-day trial ends, you will only be charged for the product(s) you keep.
With our Try Before You Buy Program you get full-sized products.
Your 14-day trial starts the day your product is delivered! If your delivery was delayed, this won’t affect your trial.
You will be charged the non-refundable shipping fee immediately after placing your order and depending on your banking institution, you may see a temporary pre-authorization on your account. You will then have 14 days from the date of delivery to try the product(s) for free. If you decide to keep the product(s), you will be charged the full price of the product(s) you keep at the end of the 14-day trial period. If you return the product within the 14-day trial, you will not pay for the cost of the returned products.
Returns are free and easy!
Simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and let us know the reason for your return or exchange. If you need assistance with choosing another product, we can help.
If you are returning product(s), we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a paid shipping label and instructions for shipping. The cost for return shipping is on us.
Remember, Try Before You Buy orders must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date to avoid being charged. After 14 days, returns are not eligible for refund. Once you have returned the order to the courier or postal outlet, please let us know and we can confirm your cancellation.
Exchanges under the Try Before You Buy Program are eligible on Luxury Concealer shades only. Concealer purchased under the Try Before You Buy Program can be exchanged for another shade within 14 days from delivery. After that period, the concealer is no longer eligible for exchange and you will be charged.
You can exchange a shade for another up to two times under the Try Before You Buy Program - meaning you will have another 14 days from delivery of that shade to try it at home before paying for your order if you don’t return it within the trial period.
Should you wish to exchange the product a third time, the order must be placed as a regular order in which you pay upfront. As with all regular orders, you will still have the option to return or exchange that product under our standard 30-day money back policy. Returns under the Try Before You Buy Program are eligible on concealer and any qualifying items you’ve added to your Try Before You Buy order. Product(s) purchased under the Try Before You Buy Program can be returned any time within 14 days from delivery. In order to qualify for a return in that time, you must have returned your product(s) with the prepaid return shipping label to the postal office or courier and contact us to confirm your cancellation. In this case, you will not be charged for the product(s) you return.
After the 14 period if you have not sent your product(s) back, orders are no longer eligible for return and you will be charged the full price for the product(s) you have kept.
If your trial period is over and you have not returned or exchanged products within that time, you will be charged for your order. After the 14 days, returns are not eligible for a refund. It’s important to note that the return policy for orders placed under the Try Before You Buy Program is different from that of regular orders (paid for when purchased). If your trial period has ended and you are not happy with the product, please contact us.
Occurrences like this are rare, but we’re here to help if it happens. If you believe your package has been lost in transit or stolen, simply contact us. We will always try our best to resolve any issue. If you are notified by the courier that the package was delivered but did not receive it at your property, we recommend you contact the courier first to determine the issue. If it cannot be resolved with the courier, please contact us.
We do our best to ensure this never happens, but if it does, simply contact us and we will resolve the issue immediately.
When ordering through the Try Before You Buy Program, you simply pay an upfront flat shipping fee of $5USD or $8CDN. This fee is non-refundable and applies only to the standard shipping option.
If you exchange a product, we cover the cost to ship the product back by providing you with a prepaid return shipping label. We also cover the cost to ship you the new product. Simply contact us to initiate an exchange within your 14-day trial period.

Currently we are offering the Try Before You Buy only on Luxury Concealer, with the option to add on the Citrus Stem Cell Serum and Apple Stem Cell Cream to try with your order. Any additional products must be purchased through a separate regular order, where you pay for your order upfront and returns/exchanges are eligible under our standard 30-day money back policy.
Currently you can’t not add a regular order to your Try Before You Buy order and vice versa. If you’d like to purchase products that aren’t eligible to Try Before You Buy, please place a separate order.
Our Try Before You Buy program is only eligible for customers in the US and Canada. Please watch for updates as we work to expand this program to other countries.
Consider your skin the shade it is now as our skin tone changes with the seasons. Use the photos to try to find the skin tone closest to yours while looking in a mirror in good lighting - we are confident the quiz will generate the best shade match for you. When you receive your Luxury Concealer, play around with it to determine the right amount to use and best method of application for YOU. Our concealer formula is more concentrated than most so a little really does go a long way. By trying different methods of application and various levels of buildable coverage, you can better determine if that shade and formula works for you.
However, for any reason if the shade is not a good match for your skin, contact us within 14 days after receiving your product! We can help select a better shade and facilitate an exchange or return. After all, we know online shade matching can be difficult regardless of the resources available and that’s why we offer the Try Before You Buy program!
All orders placed before 2:00 pm EST are processed to be packed and shipped the same day the order is placed. Any orders received after 2:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
Orders received after 2:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed on Monday. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date.
For Try Before You Buy orders, we accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, JCB credit and debit cards.
Please note: Paypal, Amazon Pay, and prepaid cards are not accepted for Try Before You Buy orders.
